Life can change in one split second

I cannot believe it.
Today I almost lost my 42 year old husband.
Rich suffered a heart attack. The Dr said his heart disease is very bad. At 42.
::taking deep breath::

I thank God he is alive (and threatening to come home tomorrow, can you imagine?)
He is now the proud owner of a few stents and had an angioplasty because they could not fit any more stents in his artery.
He is in ICU and tomorrow they will do another ultrasound to see if any more arteries need repairing.

I am dazed and still a bit shocked but I am thanking God for giving us both second chances at life. Cancer and heart disease...and here we are. And here we will STAY for a looong time. That I am sure.

As usual my family came rushing to my side. I honestly don't know what I would have done without my SIL, Treece, who ran here with her kids within minutes.

Any prayers would be great. I am a bit concerned about our finances as we are overflowing with debt and now we are both out of work.
But, it will work out. I just want my husband to come home and drive me crazy again.

Enjoy every moment. And hug your loved ones EVERY DAY!!!

I am just in shock and so sad for you. Just so much for all of you to bear at once, but I know you are strong and you will get through this. Praying for a very speedy recovery for both of you.

I didn't know about this until today. I'm so sorry that your family is experiencing another health crisis. Praying for healing for each of you and for your finances. Also praying for your children because no matter how scary is it for adults, it's even more frightening to them.
